“Fantastic service. Dr Ferdinand was very welcoming, friendly, professional & empathetic. He resolved my issue very quickly and prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend if anyone needs a doctor. Thank you Nordic Med!”
“Dr. Ferdinand is extremely competent and took a lot of time for both the consultation and the examination. We felt very well cared for and are truly satisfied. Highly recommended!”
“The clinic for every recommendation, the doctor's professional relationship and they did all the analyzes very quickly and efficiently, I really got all the necessary medical advice, doctor Fernando really dedicated himself to solving the problem and while I was talking to him, there was also a sense of humanity in the conversation (not just a mere medical formality). Once again, all recommendations for the clinic.”

If you are a resident in Spain and have private Spanish health insurance, it must be of the type 'seguro con reembolso' for you to receive reimbursement for expenses incurred with us. If your insurance is not of this type, you can contact your insurance company to see if the service can be added or if the policy can be upgraded.
Yes, we welcome patients from all over the world. We do not have agreements with foreign insurance companies, which means you pay for your visit on-site. After your consultation, you will receive a payment receipt and a medical report formatted according to international standards. These documents allow you to apply for reimbursement from your national or private insurance provider in your home country. If you are unsure about your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurer before booking your appointment.
For patients registered in Sweden, a doctor's visit costs €25. Children under 18 pay €0, and a BVC health check costs €15. These prices apply under the rules for urgent necessary care abroad and require that you bring your EU Blue Card (EHIC). If your EU card is missing or expired, you can request a temporary certificate via Försäkringskassan at +46 771 52 45 24. The certificate is issued immediately and sent to your email, which you can then present to us. We also handle all administration with Försäkringskassan on your behalf. This means we apply for reimbursement so you don't have to deal with the paperwork yourself. This is done via a power of attorney that you sign on-site.
We cooperate with Sweden's national health insurance (Försäkringskassan). For patients registered in Sweden, parts of the care can be reimbursed through the European health insurance system, which allows them to pay a lower price at the visit.
